HR version of “open source” replaces software code bases with case studies submitted by HR practitioners breaking down how they designed, developed, implemented, and measured specific HR initiatives. These case studies would be peer-reviewed for quality, and then tagged and indexed to make them easy for global HR practitioners around the world to view for education and inspiration.
A year after asking that question, the HR Open Source (“#HROS”) community has grown to over 1,200 global practitionersand 80+ companies who have signed up contribute to this initiative.
We believe by collaborating and opening up parts of our playbooks we have a real opportunity make bigger impacts in our organizations and transform the HR space - together.
We're scaling this global community, and looking for like-minded HR practitioners around the word to join us in our effort to drive openness, collaboration, and innovation in HR.
